Jon Roberts

Jon Roberts and his wife Angie are senior leaders of Thrive. Jon has been in pastoral ministry for nearly 20 years and has been active in worship ministry for over 35 years. Jon is passionate about leading people to encounter God’s presence in worship, and his visionary and apostolic gift, led him to launch Thrive in 2018. Jon is also active in the community and business realm, running a business to serve nonprofit organizations in the region. Jon and Angie live in Puyallup and have been married for over 32 years and have 12 children and 5 grandchildren.
Angie Roberts
SENIOR LEADER
Angie Roberts and her husband Jon are senior leaders of Thrive. She has been in ministry for over 35 years serving in a variety of ministry roles. Angie’s pastoral heart has made Thrive a family and she delights in encouraging people and inspiring their personal growth, equipping them to build family right where they are. Angie and Jon have made Puyallup their home for 30 years and she has been their children’s primary educator, continuing to homeschool those yet to graduate. Angie and Jon have been married for over 32 years and have 12 children and 5 grandchildren.
Nickie Robbs
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Nickie Robbs has a passion for connecting people with their destiny and dreams. Since joining Thrive she has served as the children's ministries director, volunteer coordinator and more currently as the administrative leader. She loves to spend her weekends watching her kids' activities or going for a long run. She also brings her gift of teaching to Thrive Church. Nickie and her husband David married in 2002 and raise their three kids right here in Puyallup. We are excited to see the next season that God has in store for Nickie and David!
Dave & Dayle Robbs
CHURCH ELDERS
Dave & Dayle Robbs have been married for over 50 years and as a couple have been in leadership ministry for that time. They currently function in an emeritus position at Thrive. One area is in the ministry of the marketplace. They are actively involved in the community, including business. They also have a nonprofit providing business training and development in southern Africa. They live in Puyallup, have 3 children, and 8 grandchildren.
